I am a philosophy student aiming to become a cognitive scientist. I am a guitarist and a wannabe artist and writer. I find art, all forms of art, miraculous achievements of the human mind. That ability to create something out of ideas - essentially electronic impulses in your brain - and making those ideas into a visual or audiological masterpiece. I see art as a window into the human mind and possibly the only true way that we can accurately interpret what goes on in the minds of others.

It's tiring me put. Exhausted. Dilapidated.
The faster I run the faster it goes, I can already feel it's claws piercing my skin.
Its gaining ground. Closing in behind me.
I cannot slip.
I cannot slide.
I cannot ever falter.
For if I do that's it I'm done.
All I know is over.
